Student Guide

  • In the event that the student obtains a GPA of less than (2) at the end of an academic year, the student will be notified by an academic warning and will be placed under academic supervision for two terms. The student then must increase the GPA to (2) in the next term. The student is not permitted, while under academic observation, to register for courses of more than 12 credit hours per term.

  • If the student does not obtain a GPA of (2) at the end of the academic observation, the student’s status will change to be an external student.  The student then can only register for the course failed in the next two terms to have a GPA of (2) in order to terminate the academic observation. Otherwise, the student will be dismissed from the Faculty.
